Refund and Returns Policy

All products are well checked for any fault before shipment and we ensure that there will be no damaged product. We provide you with an exchange facility only in case if the product was damaged during shipment. Before accepting the product from the courier company, please ensure that the package is sealed.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The product should be returned within 3 days after purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to Shahi Bagh Saidu Sharif Swat, KP, 19200.

To return your product, you should mail your product to Shahi Bagh Saidu Sharif Swat.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Parcel Returned back

If the parcel is returned due to the wrong address or unavailability of the buyer or due to some other reason due to the buyer, the second-time delivery charges will be paid by the buyer or if the buyer doesn’t want to receive that product, shipping charges will be deducted from the buyer’s total pay.

Payment Refund period

If you paid with cash on delivery (COD), it may take up to 20 days for you to receive your refund. This is because we have to wait for our shipping partner to send us your order payment before we can process your refund.
